Chelsea & Luke | TOWN HEAD ESTATE | Lake District Wedding Videography
On a sunny Saturday morning, I embarked on a journey along the shores of Lake Windermere to the pictuersque Town Head Estate to capture Chelsea & Luke's wedding. Chelsea, accompanied by her bridesmaids, mother and grandma, prepared for the days events in the beautifully quaint bridal cottage.
Meanwhile, in Cartmel, famous for its sticky toffee pudding, the groom and his groomsmen got ready before making their way to Cartmel Priory for the ceremony.
With the bridal party in tow, Chelsea left Town Head Estate to make her journey to Cartmel Priory where she was greeted by church bells.
The historic wall of Cartmel Priory echoed with the sounds of hymns with family and friends joining Chelsea & Luke as they exchanged their vows and promises.
After tying the knot, Chelsea & Luke emerged from Cartmel Priory as newlyweds and left in a classic 1961 Morris Minor, stopping for a lovely stroll around Cartmel village where they were congratulated by many locals along the way.
The celebrations continued at Town Head Estate, where they were showered in confetti as they continued to celebrate with their friends and family.
There wasn't a dry eye in the barn when Chelsea's father & Luke delivered their incredibly sentimental speeches.
These tears soon turned to crying with laughter as the spotlight turned to the best men with their spirited speech.
Following fantastic food by the always great Karen Rhodes, the festivities spilled on to the wonderful grounds of Town Head, where they were blessed by the sun.
Time flew by, and the time had come for the cake cutting & the much anticipated first dance.
Not a single guest was shy, and the dance floor was ignited with life with everyone showing off their best moves.
It was a beautiful day in the Lake District with wonderful people and the sun didn't stop shining. Congratulations again to Chelsea & Luke.
